Food in the making

We made quark.

Yes. It's food.

Wiktionary says: "a soft creamy cheese. The Russian quark and Finnish quark are somewhat different. The Russian version is firmer in consistency and contains about 15% milk fat, whereas the Finnish quark often contains less than 1% milk fat."
Hence the great cultural differences between the rest of the world and Russia and Finland. We've got additional quarks to go along with the other quarks (top, bottom, strange, beautiful...)
