Rainfall

Hiyo!
Bored again, some photoblogging and sharing memories again.
I have no idea how to use blogspot's apparently "awesome" and easy photo adding. So I just leave explanations to another time. Photographs are mixed in time and space. There's some summer delight and some autumn solemnity.
Ciao!

FAILURE!

lol.

The update from the FUTURE.

Long time no see!

It's been a while since the last post. And little something has happened after that.

Jouni has (not) started a new semester in his art school. It means a lot of partying and alcohol. Hai is still doing his civilian service, although not for long anymore. He too has a place to study in after he finishes his service. Omar returned from his mysterious trip to Middle-East and has started his civilian service in an old people's house. One crazy friday Omar got his first tattoo and Jouni got a new piercing! They made a fine looking picture documentary of it. It will be published soon enough.

Hellhole is mostly the same it has always been. New house rules have been added and the first official complaint has been issued! For the summer Hellhole has been a little less loud than before, and cleaner! Really! But the fun has not ended: every Thursday is the time for a movie night. Friends and enemies gather to watch a classic or a somehow special movie. Usually food is made together and wine or beer is enjoyed along the movie. And we want more people there, comecome! No entrance fee. Except the small fraction of your SOUL.

Surprisingly more and more CouchSurfers are contacting the people of Hellhole. After Ushi we have had a few nice surfers. A nice girl from London, a Polish couple and most recently a group of students from Portugal, the Netherlands and France. And we're still waiting more to come! We have had such a good time with them that I'm probably soon lethally addicted CS.

P.S. Omar has been trying to upload a picture series of details in Hellhole, this is finally done and it can be seen here! Please, click the picture to see it full-sized.

Omar's tattoo is fail. It's just black lines.

Hai's tattoo is out of perspective. Fail.

Stolichnaya is not fail.

Piercings = fail

Dead tulips and no smiling = no fail

aww. The emoesque period.

Jouni's blood is made out of wood.

Big Orange Man says NOT FUNNY

The illiterate gays' official party flag!

Jouni fails.

Saskia's bday gift

Emo.

Omar is not fail. The hairdo is AWESOME!

Times of wasted-om

I am bored.
I'm going to take a shower and blame everything on Omar and Jouni since they never do anything round the house.

Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday mehmeh

We haven't done anything at home. The whole place smells and looks like Deadwood. Omar is never here, I am alone and Jouni is in the forest making love to trees. Food is cold, and it's really quiet here. But if you have Facebook and are my or Nora's friend (irl or facebook wtf), you can have a look what our lives looked like during the festivities of the Nightless night (Midsummer madness at Antti's part 2)

La vache - perdu?!

Alone again.
Omar hopped off to Provinssirock in Seinäjoki (MANOWAR!) and Jouni copperboomd off to Lapland. Atleast he gave me 10 euros, that'll last me another week or two until I die of starvation.

Nothing more to add, off to falafel we goes!

edit.
FUCK! Sahara jacked up their prices, 4.50€ for a roll-o-falafel. It used to be 3.50 :(

Un cadeau

Jouni's been gone for a while, the apartment settles in silence. Omar works alot, not at home very often. I am between jobs and doing all volunteer stuff. No time for anything else, bored. Antti frequently visits us, I've been playing around with the thought of changing the name of the blog from "3 Men..." to "3 Men and a Wii and this one dude who just won't leave", but I think it just destroys the catchiness of the name and is way too long, but maybe one day...
Just read Saskia's blog, it's funny. You should check it out if you know Saskia, if you don't, you won't get much out of it. I've also been thinking of writing in Finnish as well, maybe it would be funny?

Hmm. The place is a mess, no photoblog/log session now. No photos to prove the messiness of this mess. My rooms smells odd, and is in increasing entropy. I firmly root my belief in the Chaos Theory. My clothes move on their own as they are left to their own devices, that explains why my room looks like a murder scene. Clothes strewn all over, one light bulb missing. I couldn't even find a decent pair of jeans in the morning!
Also - note to self - do the laundry. Omar is doing the dishes. Finally! It's been his turn for like a year. No - wait. He's not doing the dishes. He just sits in the kitchen, sulks in grim silence. Or did he just close the door? HAHA.

The living room is filled with instruments. Last night even moreso. Antti brought his midi-keyboard and we tried to install a USB mic, so we could Vocoder-er stuff. Guitars spring from the floor, not even sure where they all come from? A black one with a pentagram, a nylon string guitar with stuff painted on, and just a regular nylon one with the exception of being left-handed. Losers!
Oh, and a bass on the floor.
Tomorrow work. Maybe this weekend I clean up? The smell is horrid, putrid even.
The septum of my nose hurts and itches, what a bitch pain is.
I walk around the apartment naked, swing my testicles left to right and back to the left. Can't do the helicopter - it's way too short for that. I watch myself in the mirror as I swing - to the beats of Babylon Circus.

I wanna be a bear.

A guest from Far far away!

Hello!

You might have heard about Couch surfing, it's a great concept that allows international hippies communicate with each other and maybe get a sleeping place for the night. The badawiehkurunguyn has of course joined CS with no participation until last Tuesday.

I got a message to CS saying that if we could let this guy to sleep at our place that day. After a few phone calls we accepted the dude to join us. I almost blew the whole thing up by not telling him the entrance code to our door, he didn't have phone, luckily I spotted him from the window.

This Japanese musician muslim, who goes by the name of Ushi was a really interesting person. He'd been travelling for almost 2 years. All the way from Japan, China, India, northern Africa, Middle-East, Europe, and now he's in Turku, Luolavuori. We had a lot to talk about.. military, culture, music, Madventures. Yes, we watched the India episode with Ushi, he was overwhelmed with those shaman dudes, the similarity between the shamans and finns was obvious. Ushi had been in the same exact place where the religious festival happened, very cool. Ushi told us about this guy who had been walking from the most eastern part of China and planned to continue to most western part of Portugal. That's the longest distance on Earth one can walk. Then Jouni cooked something that Ushi loved.

The next morning we made porridge and talked about porridge. Then we decided to change our far-eastern guy from Hai to Ushi. But Ushi had better plans, he was about to continue his journey. Sucks for us. We actually saw Ushi at the library the same day, he had had his glasses fixed, and just for 9€, well that meant he had to stay in Turku for another week, luckily he liked Turku.

This was a good experience for us and we hope more of those happy Couch surfers will find our place, although it's not the most cleanest and we can't always offer the best food. I can assure that almost anybody will have a nice time with us!

The painting of demons on walls!

As you may have noticed, I updated the blog with some nifty nice pictures.
Last night we started painting the apartment walls to spruce up the look of the place. Jouni had a sketch of a japanese demon, and I - inspired by this - wanted to do a hanya mask so that our home would be protected from evil spirits. Of course, originally I meant for Jouni to draw it, but I ended up doing it myself. Jouni did the finishing touches with the details since I've no eye for detail.
As Jouni started sketching the wall, Antti searched for things to customize. He located our coffee table and with the help of Omar, they made it magnificent-er. It's a magic mushroom spore Ikea coffee table.
Sweet?

PS I also painted Cthulhu on my bookshelf. It looks weird.
